    Renovation and New Construction

    LOCATION: Palo Alto, CA
    AREA: 7200 SQ-FT

This Spanish style house sits on a corner lot in the heart of Old Palo Alto, California. As one enters through the front gate, the suburban backdrop begins to fade and the reminiscence of a Spanish colonial hacienda comes to the forefront. The architects introduced a better-suited floor plan in the new design while maintaining the Spanish colonial style of the original house. The scope of work included a new basement, rebuilding and adding on to the ends of each wing, and gutting and renovating the remaining parts of the house.
